TRAINING PROGRAM

Micro Training Workshop, 6-7 November 2025

Topics: Co-design, Implementation Science, Systems/Web Engineering in Healthcare, Health Equity, AI for Health, Speed Mentoring, and Career Development Panel

In November 2025, we held our first training workshop for the ARC Industrial Transformation Training Centre in Optimal Ageing. It was a meaningful milestone for our Directors, Yen Ying Lim and Dana Kulic, to see our PhD cohort come together for the first time, as the program begins to unfold.

Thank you to Ling Wu and Patrick Olivier for designing the micro-training program, which introduced key foundations in Co-design, Implementation Science, Systems/Web Engineering in Healthcare, Health Equity and AI for Health. We are so grateful to our presenters Anu Ivaturi, Ph DDelvin VargheseSiew LimAlex Waddell PhDJue Xie and Jackie Rong for sharing their expertise.

Thank you to Catherine Robb for facilitating the Speed Mentoring session, and to our mentors Colette BrowningPaul MaruffRóisín McNaney and Lisa Bransby for offering guidance to our emerging researchers.

We were privileged to have industry partners Ken Liang Future Wellness Group Holdings Pty Ltd. and Jeanna Manifold join us throughout the program. Your experience and insights were valued by our Postdoctoral Researchers and PhD students.
